On November 14, 2024 at 07.00, Ms. Thanphicha Theraratchanon, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 2 (Director of ROAE2), assigned Mr. Chalermsin Inchaisri, a statistician, along with officers of the Agricultural Information Division to join the ceremony to pay homage and lay a wreath of fresh flowers on the occasion of the Father of Royal Rainmaking Day 2024 to show loyalty and to commemorate the great kindness at the Community Hall, Phitsanulok Provincial Hall, with Mr. Songphon Wichaikhatkha, Deputy Governor/Acting Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presiding over the ceremony, along with heads of government agencies, high-ranking civil servants, the court, military, and police officers attending in unison.
